§ 6-16. Adoption of International Building Code.

That certain standard code entitled International Building Code, 2006 edition, published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as the article setting forth the minimum building standards for the City with the exception that Section 112, Board of Appeals, found on page 8 thereof, shall be deleted and the provisions of Section 6-3 of the Code of Laws of the City shall be followed.

Except as provided above, all of the terms and provisions of the International Building Code, 2006 edition, shall be in full force and effect.
