§ 8-3. Superintending authority.

The municipal court shall be subject to the rules of the circuit court of which it is a part, and to the rules of the state supreme court. The municipal court shall be subject to the general administrative authority of the presiding judge of the circuit court, and the municipal judge and municipal court personnel shall obey his directives.
