§ 2-52. Special meetings.

Special meetings of the council may be called by the mayor or by any four (4) members of the council upon at least twenty-four (24) hours prior written notice to all members and the mayor, in accordance with the provisions of the Missouri Sunshine Law (RSMo 610.010 et seq.).
