§ 25-263. Manner of parking outside of business or residential districts.

  • Upon any street or highway outside of the business or the residential district, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the paved or main traveled part of the highway when it is practical to stop, stand or park the vehicle off those parts of the highway. An unobstructed width of the highway opposite a standing vehicle shall always be left for the free passage of other vehicles and a clear view of any stopped vehicle shall be available from a distance of two hundred (200) feet in each direction upon the street or highway.
