§ 25-473. Protective headgear for operators and passengers on motorcycles.

(a)

Every person operating or riding as a passenger on a motorcycle, upon any public street in the city, shall wear protective headgear at all times while the motorcycle is in motion.

(b)

Protective headgear mentioned in this section shall meet the standards and specifications that may now or hereafter be established by the state director of revenue relating to the same for operators and passengers on motorcycles.
