§ 25-72. Minors prohibited from operating motor vehicles.

(a)

No person shall cause or knowingly permit his child or ward under the age of sixteen (16) years to drive a motor vehicle upon any street or highway in the city when the minor is not authorized hereunder, or in violation of RSMo 302.010 to 302.260.

(b)

No person under the age of sixteen (16) years shall operate a motor vehicle upon any street or highway in the city.
