§ 25-14. Loads which might become dislodged to be secured.

  • Every motor vehicle operating upon the streets of the city and carrying goods or material for farm products which may reasonably be expected to become dislodged and fall from the vehicle as a result of wind pressure or air pressure or by the movement of the vehicle, shall have a protective cover or be sufficiently secured so that no portion of the goods or material can become dislodged and fall from the vehicle while being transported or carried.
