§ 15-10. Penalties.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of sections 15-5 through 15-9 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, or such person shall be jailed in the county jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and jail term.
