§ 14-93. Private peace disturbance.

  • A person commits the offense of private peace disturbance if he is on private property and unreasonably and purposely causes alarm to another person or persons on the same premises by:

    (1)

    Threatening to commit a crime against any person under such circumstances so as to convey a seriousness of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution and where such crime could result in an assault or personal injury to any one or more persons; or

    (2)

    Fighting.
