§ 13. INJUNCTIONS AGAINST CONTINUED VIOLATION

As an additional remedy, the continued violation of this ordinance by any person shall be subject to abatement by a temporary injunction and/or a permanent injunction by a Court of competent jurisdiction. Any such action shall be prosecuted in the name of the City of Lebanon, Missouri.
