§ 11. INTERPRETATION AND CONFLICT

Latest version.

Ordinance No. 1781 passed September 8, 1969, and Ordinance No. 3102 passed November 8, 1982, together with all amendments and charges thereto are hereby repealed. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent such ordinances or parts of ordinances are in conflict with the provisions hereof, except that Ordinance No. 3082 entitled General Purpose Model Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance 60.3(d) passed May 10, 1982, and except that Ordinance No. 1734 passed April 8, 1968, regarding the Lebanon City Airport and its runway approaches, which is not superceded or repealed in any part by this ordinance.
